Engraved or printed in color?

Laser engraved

A permanent, one-tone mark burned into the surface. Classic and timeless.

  • Best for names, monograms, dates and short verses
  • On wood it looks warm brown; on slate it looks light grey
  • Uploaded artwork must be solid black on a transparent background (PNG). Photos and color images can't be engraved.

Color print

Full-color printing on birch and solid wood for bright designs and photos.

  • Best for photos, color artwork and decorative text
  • Use a clear, high-resolution image (PNG, JPG or WebP, up to 5 MB)
  • Natural wood grain can show through lighter areas

Prices shown are before personalization: adding a message or image adds a small customization fee, shown in the designer before you order.
